How do I pick up my order?
You need to pick up your order at the Victoria Miniatures booth during the Adepticon Vendor's Hall opening hours. Just give us your name and order number, and sign for the order when you have collected it.
Can I get a friend to pick up my order for me?
Sure, even if you are not attending Adepticon yourself, but have a friend who is willing to pick up your order for you, that's fine. They will need to sign for the order when they collect it.
Do I get the Adepticon 10% discount?
Yes, a 10% discount will be applied to your order when you enter the ADEPTICON, PICKUP code at checkout.
Do I have to pay shipping?
Because we will be bringing your order with the rest of our Adepticon stock, no shipping charges will apply.
Is there a minimum order size?
No order is too big, or too small to take advantage of this service.
What is the deadline for placing an Adepticon order?
Adepticon pick up orders must be placed before 11.30pm PDT, on the 16th of March 2020.
If I don't make a pre-order can I buy minis at your Adepticon booth?
Of course you can still buy stuff at out booth weather you have made a pre-order or not. However, a pre-order is the best way to ensure you get exactly what you want ,as our Adepticon stock will sell out fast.
