the product is great. sharp details with minimal print or sprue lines/marks.

my order was packaged appropriately and survived the trip here well, with no damage to the products inside the package.

I was a little conserend at first, as it took a follow up email about my order at around 4 weeks to ensure my order had been received. victora minitures were very quick to respond, but the 3rd party they use for manufacturing were a little slow in communication. after the reminder email, took around 10 days for the product to get to me which was pretty good!

apart from the delay, I am happy with the products and am considering ordering more.

Thanks, Pete! We’re glad you’re happy with the quality and packaging. We appreciate your patience with the delay and your understanding

I love the new Heavy Weapons crews. However, I already have way more heavies than I can currently field, so these may be kitbashed into casualties (which I will still love dearly).

Thanks, Randy! We’re glad you love the Heavy Weapons crews
