Shipping FAQ (updated March 17 2021).

What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are the same no matter what country you are in:

All orders $100USD or more ship free.
All orders less than $100USD cost $9.99USD shipping.

What shipping service do you use?
All orders are shipped USPS from Utah USA.

Will I be charged taxes?

We do not charge tax on orders. But your local government might charge VAT or sales tax. Please make sure you are aware of the sales tax policy in your country.

UK Customers and taxes.
Unfortunately our UK customers are subject to UK customs duties. Please make sure you are aware of the UK policy if you are ordering from there.

Will I get charged EU and UK Import Duty?
Victoria Miniatures is not responsible for any charges you may have to pay in taxes or customs duty. Please contact your local customs office to establish what charges you may incur from ordering from the United Kingdom or the EU.

Do Australians have to pay extra for GST?
No. The Australian Government charges 10% GST on all orders placed within Australia, but Victoria Miniatures will pay the GST for you!
It will be shown on your receipt.

What happens when I place my order?
Once your order is placed you will receive an email or text message from Victoria Miniatures acknowledging your purchase. When your package ships you will receive tracking information email from USPS, and the status of your order will change to ‘shipped’ in your Victoria Miniatures account.
If you don’t see any emails, check your spam folder.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped as soon as possible once your payment has cleared.
All packages mostly arrive within 6 days to 3 weeks of dispatch. But rolling Covid delays can sometimes mean a delay of many weeks.

Can you mark my package as “gift”?
Sorry, no. It is against the law.

What if there is a problem with my order?
All efforts are made to deliver your order in good time, complete and undamaged, but we are only human and occasionally mistakes will happen. If there is any problem with your order please contact admin@victoriaminiatures.com and we will be very happy to sort it out. Please contact us BEFORE filing a dispute with PayPal.

What if I gave the wrong address?
Victoria Miniatures cannot take responsibility for customers providing incorrect information. We usually ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, if you have provided a wrong address and can contact us before it has shipped, we endeavour to correct it. Contact admin@victoriaminiatures.com


Can I pick up my Order?
No, we do not have A ‘bricks and mortar’ store.

Do you ship to PO Box numbers?
Yes, but check with your post office that they can receive packages.
