COVID-19 update April 27th

We are still in business and shipping world-wide, and greatly appreciate the support of our customers at this difficult time.

Due to the current worldwide COVID-19 crisis, Postal services all over the everywhere are under unprecedented pressure. Some packages arrive as normal, others take longer than expected.

 For this reason, I have temporarily suspended our Express Courier option, as I cannot grantee that these packages will be delivered quickly.

However, you can still order from us with confidence. We are working hard to get our Miniatures to you, and minimize any unexpected delays.

If you have any concerns about an order you have placed don’t hesitate to contact us It’s also a good idea to be aware of the postal circumstances in your own region.

 We are still shipping US and Canada orders from Utah US, all other orders ship from Adelaide, Australia.

 Express Courier Shipping:
Due to the unpredictable circumstances in the worldwide postal system at present, we are temporarily suspending this shipping option.
If you want your package as soon as possible, you can now choose the new Worldwide EMS Courier option at checkout. This is a $30.00 USD flat rate service, and takes approximately 4-5 days*.

Standard Free Shipping:

Our standard shipping remains unchanged. This service takes approximately between 2 and 3 weeks*. Flat rate shipping worldwide is $9.99 for all orders under $100 USD.

Christmas Shipping Dates:
If you are placing an order that you want to receive before Christmas, we strongly advise placing orders before the following dates:

Standard Shipping: December 3rd.*
EMS Express Courier: December 14th.*

*Delivery times given are estimates only. While all effort is made to get your packages to you as quickly as possible, Victoria Miniatures does not take responsibility for delays that might occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

What happens when I place my order?
Once your order is placed you will receive an email from Victoria Miniatures acknowledging your purchase. When your package ships you will receive tracking information email from the courier, and the status of your order will change to ‘shipped’ in your Victoria Miniatures account.

If you don’t see any emails, check your spam folder.

How is my order shipped?
  Most US and Canada orders are shipped from Utah US via USPS. All other orders are shipped from Adelaide, Australia via “International Standard” This is a tracked airmail service from Australia and includes email notifications.
Orders within Australia are sent using Standard Parcel Post. This is a trackable domestic service.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped as soon as possible once your payment has cleared.
All packages should arrive within 6 days to 2 weeks of dispatch. Canadian and German customers should allow additional time for their local customs clearance.

Are Australian’s charged GST?
The Australian Government charges 10% GST on all orders placed within Australia, but Victoria Miniatures will pay the GST for you! It will be shown on your receipt.

UK Customers and taxes.
Unfortunately our UK customers are subject to UK customs duties. Please make sure you are aware of the UK policy if you are ordering from there.

Will I get charged EU and UK Import Duty?
Victoria Miniatures is not responsible for any charges you may have to pay in taxes or customs duty. Please contact your local customs office to establish what charges you may incur for orders placed outside the United Kingdom or the EU.

Can you mark my package as “gift”?
Sorry, no. It is against the law.

What if there is a problem with my order?
All efforts are made to deliver your order in good time, complete and undamaged, but we are only human and occasionally mistakes will happen. If there is any problem with your order please contact and we will be very happy to sort it out. Please contact me BEFORE filing a dispute with PayPal.

What if I gave the wrong address?
Victoria Miniatures cannot take responsibility for customers providing incorrect information. We usually ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, if you have provided a wrong address and can contact us before it has shipped, we endeavor to correct it. Contact

Can I pick up my Order?
No, we do not have A ‘bricks and mortar’ store.

Do you ship to PO Box numbers?
Yes, but check with your post office that they can receive packages.
