Shipping Changes at the end of March
I have a shipping update today. We currently ship Australian and NZ orders from our home base in Adelaide, and the rest of the world orders are shipped by our friends at Trenchworx in the US. At the end of March we are planning for all orders to be shipped by Trenchworx.
We currently pay the GST for our Australian customers, this will continue, even though the package will be coming from the US, you will not have to pay extra for GST. The only changes will be the shipping rate of $9.99 for orders under $100 will become the flat rate for all orders, and Australian customers may experience longer shipping times than they currently do. We have been shipping from Adelaide for over 10 years, but the crazy events of the last 12 months have made it apparent that it is more practical to ship from the one location at this time. This will make a more streamlined service for all our customers. The rate technology is changing the hobby, I would not rule out fulfillment in some form perhaps returning to Australia in the future. We continue to be an Australian company with administration and direction based in Adelaide.
We will continue to ship Australian orders from Adelaide until the end of March while stocks last.
