I have was buying a “clean” miniatures as all the others I buyer and you send me, just miniatures that has been out for the 3D machine and I have to clean it this is a scam a fraud, please return my money back or send me what I have buy crisp clean miniatures.

Over 1000 Snap Trays have been shipped worldwide to satisfied customers. The Snap Trays are engineered for the parts to come away easily and cleanly. Instructions are included.
